ROLE You will receive intensive training in customer service and the energy market. You will need to be passionate about the Energy field and customer service. Your effort will be key to help our customers with their queries. You will join the rest of the colleagues who are at the heart of our contact centre. You will be the voice of Green Network Energy. As such it is essential that you have a positive and friendly approach. You will play a vital role, by providing knowledgeable and efficient responses to an array of queries including complaints, via phone and email. You will be assisting in driving up our standards by treating our customers fairly and working closely with our customer care back office team to assist with getting resolutions. Ideally, you will be an individual who takes pride in making a difference to both our customers and the business. You will be a driven and engaged individual, who is motivated by challenges and is eager to learn and broaden their knowledge. You will be willing to learn how to handle complaints.
